Would there be any reason why I haven't received my monthly statement, normally arrives one to two days after eon take the readings, which they have done. (Won't be first time this has happened).
Also when do they decide to give back all or part of the huge credit balance I've built up, could that be the delay with statement?
Also does anyone have any fixed rates offered to them after March or is it's only "next flex"?
Hello @KevinF Anasa here 👋 Thanks for your patience with this, looks like this has been sorted for you now, have you received your bill? if not let me know and I'll see what's happened 😊

@KevinF
My statement appeared a bit later than normal this month so hopefully yours will be with you shortly. I don't think your credit balance will have anything to do with the delay. You can request a refund of some or all of your credit balance and there is some info here on the process.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
What is it with eon next, they want us to have smart meters but whenever there's a rate change they're not updated, so that the IHD shows correct usage? My fixed rate ended yesterday and I checked my account, readings hadn't been taken so I messaged eon next and was assured by Courtney that my IHD would show correct figures after 24 hours, that was at 9.06am yesterday, they aren't.
I also always seem to be pushing and prompting for things to be done like, meter readings, statement issue and IHD update, why is it not automatic?
I could be wide of the mark but my guess is they have targets imposed upon them to get an amount of smart meters installed and there may even be some financial reward for them if they achieve the target. Once the meter is fitted and it can produce an accurate reading by any means, not necessarily smart, then they have done what is required. Anything else like updates and fixing things that don't benefit them will only incur cost so not such a priority. This may be all rubbish but I would think there is at least some truth in it.
