I've never seen usage on mine. Maybe because I have a non smart meter. My spreadsheet tells me all I need to know, so the app is a bit pointless really.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
@retrotecchie
I rarely use the app except perhaps to look at a statement instead of logging in online. If smart meters are needed to see usage on the app then I would advise those missing the usage section to download the Bright app. Much better in my opinion.
I’m sorry to hear it’s still not working as it should😔. Our tech team are hard at work to make things a better experience for all our customers🔧 so hopefully it will be working again soon!

My App/ IHD haven't worked since 2nd week in November. Meter says inactive, call after call after call it ended up goin to ombudsman, offered £85, a written apology and an appointment. DECLINED! Why is it impossible to get an appointment to get this meter active and replacement IHD?
you can see what you have spend so far for the month on your app? And your lowest day, average day and highest day? And compare your bill from this month to previous months? Via the usage tab? (on the app)
@Vic08
some of us don’t have smart meters and keep our own records. So the app isn’t relevant.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.

I don't have any of that functionality on my E.On Next app as I don't have (and never will have) a smart meter. My app let's me submit readings, look at bills, statements and transactions, etc. But I know what I spend per day, peak, average and minimal usage, trends, year on year comparisons by day, month or week. And my bills are to the nearest penny exactly what I calculate them to be. Exactly as I have done for the last twenty or so years. No smart meter or app required.
As I always keep asking...other than what seems to be nothing but hassle with meters not sending readings, tariffs out of sync, or IHD's not working or 'AWOL'...what can smart meters possibly 'bring to the party for the end user' that conventional metering and a bit of common sense can't?
