Between you all, you've now solved them all, but one! Not quite there with number 18 which is your last remaining one ๐

We might need a bit of a Scooby Doo with this one...got me stumped if it's not Metropolis!
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
Ethan (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), Isaac (Seth Rogen), and Chris (Anthony Mackie) have been friends since childhood, and for a decade, their yearly Christmas Eve reunion has been an annual night of debauchery and hilarity. Now that they're entering adulthood, the tradition is ending, and to make it as memorable as possible, they set out to find the Nutcracka Ball--the Holy Grail of Christmas parties.

One more punt at no 18. Christmas Eve? 2015, Patrick Stewart.
"Hilarity, romance, and transcendence prevail after a power outage traps six different groups of New Yorkers inside elevators on Christmas Eve."
I think you've nailed it this time marra! (Marra means friend or pal in North East speak). @JoeSoap mentioned a clue in PeterTs post. "Your last remaining one" could very likely refer to the last day before Christmas which is of course Christmas Eve! Well Done to both of you.๐๐๐ ๐ ๐พ๐ฅ
The clue I can give you is it does begin with an M and it was released in 1990 (sorry, this one is so obscure, I'd not actually heard of this one before so this may be the most difficult one on the list, especially with there only being one emoji ๐คฃ)
