@lucymiller93 I'm so sorry that you've not had your voucher yet. There are some delays this month due to the Royal Mail Strikes that we've had.
If you could please reach out to us by the end of the month and we'll be happy to chase this up for you, we'll re issue you with another one if need be but that can take another two weeks, hopefully your voucher will be with you before we have to issue you a new one but please reach out and let us know.

The quickest way to get this resolved would be to reach out to an Energy Specialist via WhatsApp or the phone if this is easier and just let them know you've not received your November voucher and they will go from there for you 😊

@Kirstyn89 They said the same with me that they had already sent it out around that time, I'm thinking its just delay tactics with the royal mail strike being the excuse but that isnt delaying anything else by this much,

Thank you I have put in a complaint, nothing done, so I did as the procedure said and email the CEO I did and never got a reply, I’m at my wits end with them.
