Has everyone received their second ยฃ66 voucher for us on PrePayment meters? I'm still yet to receive my 2nd voucher, I was told previously they would be sent out in the first 2 weeks of each month and now we are halfway through the 3rd week and still nothing!
Some have, some haven't. I suspect there have been a few delays because of Royal Mail industrial action. I'm beginning to forget what our postie looks like.
If nothing forthcoming in the next couple of days, you will need to contact Customer Services to arrange a replacement.

Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
I understand that the vouchers came by sooner last month, but we are not too sure when the vouchers will arrive this month ๐. They can come anytime within the month, if it gets to the end of November and you are still waiting then please swing by and let us know.
If it was customer services you are after and you wanted to speak directly to the team then it would be best having a look at this page ๐ contact usand get in touch with us ๐

I also have to mention that every day of Postal Strike means two days delay to the customer. Not only is mail not being delivered, it's not being sorted either.
The EBSS Guidance for Electricity Suppliers para 5.50 states that, ''Suppliers should seek to ensure that vouchers reach customers within 11 working days of the start of the scheme month.'' Although the key words here are ''seek to'', it seems a shame at this stage of the game that pre-pay customers are still waiting so long for their vouchers without much of a clue when they will arrive. Royal Mail strikes can only account for a part of the delay.

Reason: Correction made
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
Naught naughty Joe - the Royal Mail strikes are nothing to do with the Post Office. The former was privatised, and the latter is still in public hands.
And guidance falls far short of enforceable law.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but Iโll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.

Thanks for keeping an eye on me... I'm still a novice at this game ๐ณ and have edited my post. Yes it is guidance and it does say ''seek to'', nevertheless... the issuing of vouchers is falling short of what customers should reasonably expect... in my opinion (to avoid further correction ๐).
Anyway, @retrotecchie mentioned Post Office first ๐
