If you are talking about having your fuel statements on one statement we can't do that currently I am afraid 🤨, it is in the works though; and hopefully we can do that soon!
But your accounts are linked when you want to view them! So when you log in under your name and details it will have one account number. But next to it there is a button in purple that says 'manage another account'. Press this button to view your other account 😊.
@Greg Welcome to the Community! It's totally possible to have your accounts linked.. sometimes we can't merge FiT accounts but a standard gas and electric can be done, I've linked your accounts for you from our end, I'll check back on it when I'm next on my shift to see if that's worked for you. If not I'll let you know and one of our Digi energy Specialist can have a look into this further for you 😊

We’ve come across this in relation to the fitting of a smart gas meter in addition to an existing smart electric meter. It may arise when customers are transferred in from else where, or the two supplies are brought on at different times.
I haven’t a clue how normal it is, but they are presumably working to eliminate it - or should that be hopefully?
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.

@JoeSoap - Thanks Joe, but both are on the Same Tarriff - And both eccounts came from Eon to Eon Next at the same time. Both meters are new as part of a new build.

Can you please explain why it is available for some customers and not me?
