Have reinstalled the app and contacted EON via twitter and WhatsApp but no response. Any idea how to view the usage via the app?
EON App not loading usage

I installed the EON Next app last week after getting a smart meter a month ago. When trying to view the usage it just shows "We're collecting your data. It normally takes 24 hours before your energy usage will appear"

I would recommend downloading the Hildebrand Bright App which will show your gas and electricity usage down to half-hourly intervals back as far as a year ago.
I found it easy to install and the information fully loaded in minutes although I think you could wait up to a few hours or so.I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit. -
It will appear eventually @Chiefnewin but don't expect too much. It will only show the maximum, minimum and average for a day, and at the start of the month it goes blank for the first 5 days or so to collect data (it needs at least 2 just to get min and max).
