Hi I'm just wondering if anyone has received there vouchers for electricity, as I've not had anything yet I've tried contacting on what's app no response and I've tried calling but nothing. I thought we were supposed to get them within the first week of every month, my mom is with a different supplier and she has had hers if anyone cam help as I'm getting no communication from eon
Vouchers should be received by the 11th working day from the start of the month so you should have yours by next Monday 17th October. See para. 5.48 here
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
