regarding a credit refund.
They have already approved the refund, but I have not received it.
They do not answer phone calls, even after listening to there hideous music for over 20 minutes.
Nor do they answer emails.
I'm beginning to think that the staff at eon don't actually exist!!!
personally I don't care how busy they are, it's a poor excuse for abysmal service .
the sooner I can change supplier the better.
