@JoeSoap Good job we have you looking out for everyone, I know Post office is preferred but didn't realise it was ONLY redeemable at at Post office, that does make things a little awkward especially and this time of year when there a very long waits for the post office due to Xm.. I'll pass this on as feedback to see if there is some other way as I doubt this will be the only time someone has an issue getting to a post office... 🤔 thanks for the heads up! 😊

@Anasa_EONNext thankyou so much. If you do get any new updates would you please be kind enough to let me know. I agree with your point there must be others like me who are struggling to get their credit. I see that other electricity suppliers are allowing customers to claim via paypoint so it must be possible. again thanks so much for the assistance.
@Bennie_EONNext,hi it's a standard prepayment meter,I kept telling her that I could split between gas and electric, but her reply was "it doesn't say on voucher letter that you can split it,so just decide which"
@Jack12 I wonder if they have been given any guidelines on how to process these vouchers? The reason why it is not specified is because different households have different ways of consuming energy and these money, if you have a standard prepayment meter should be able to use it in which ever meter the household use the most, although, if you want and even split they should allow that too.
@Bennie_EONNext,I ended up putting it all on my electric key, perhaps I'll put it on my gas card next time, unless I get a less stroppy server who lets me split it.
@Jack12 let us know how you get along. Hopefully it was just a stroppy server rather than a usual thing. The reason why it is not specified is so that people can use it where and when in need.
Your plan sounds like a good one. If you feel comfortable to challenge it though, feel free to show them this conversation. Hopefully it can be helpful.
