Sorry to hear this. I think the answer is yes but either @JoeSoap or @retrotecchie or one of our other lovely helpful and generous volunteers will advise.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
@meldrewreborn thankyou so much I have tried this at a morrisons daily & a premier store near me and both were refused as the voucher states rdeem at postoffice only
@Anasa_EONNext oh this would be amazing for me BUT I have tried this at a morrisons daily & a premier store that both have paypoint where i always go to top up my gas & electric near me and both were refused as the voucher states redeem at postoffice only.. So just to clarify if i go back to my usual store they can redeem this in morrisons daily or a premier store thanks im worried sick. I cant put my heating on until i get this voucher on my key
Ok, this may not help much, but I have had comments that some Post Office staff are not as 'savvy' as others, and peoples experience does seem to vary from PO to PO. The voucher is technically a 'supplier credit' towards your electricity bill, rather than an actual cash top up, on the basis that everyone has electricity, but not everyone has gas. There is a way the PO can split it - but it's a workaround not an actual split. The only other alternative is to put the full credit on your electricity meter, and any cash you would have topped up with but don't need to now you can then put on the gas.
Not a lot of help if you have plenty of credit on the leccy but no gas, I'm afraid.

Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
I have again just been to my local shop and spoke to the manager that has paypoint and told them what you said that i can redeem the voucher here. He pointed out to me that on the letter of the voucher code it clearly states post office only.
he tried to scan the voucher for me but it declined.
please im begging for some help.
I cant get to a post office as its too far for me.
@retrotecchie Hi there thanks so much for the reply but my issue is that i cant get to a post office and i have been asking for help from any eon next prepay staff member. im disabled and in desperate need of a way in which i can claim my voucher possibly at a paypoint. i cant get to a post office and an agent has just told me that i could in fact redeem my voucher at any paypoint so again i have just gone to the shop spoke to the manager and he has told me sorry but no post office only. im sorry if im not making any sence this is taking a toll on me. I just want to talk to someone anyone to help
I hear what you are saying, but if the voucher states Post Office only then that is the only place it can be redeemed. Short of getting a friend or relative to go to a Post Office and try and do it for you, there is nothing I can suggest that will get any credit onto your meter for you.
I had the same problem when the Welsh Government gave my my cost of living refund on my Council Tax. It had to be done at a Post Office, and my nearest one that could do it was an hour each way and a 50 mile round trip by car. I sympathise - my partner is disabled and doesn't drive and our closest bus stop is three miles away down a very steep and winding mountain track.
Can I use my PPM voucher to top up at my usual top-up point?
E.ON next customer vouchers will be redeemable at Post Offices. Other suppliers will be able to provide further details on what locations their vouchers can be redeemed.

Reason: Added a bit.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
