Is anyone else on Smart Prepayment Meters still waiting for the £66 Energy Bills Support Scheme to be credited to their meter? My mother is with Bolt Energy and had hers credited this morning, my brother is with British Gas and had his on Tuesday, yet I have had nothing yet from E.On!!
5.39 For smart prepayment meter customers, the supplier should provide the EBSS payment by providing the customer with credit in an amount equal to the EBSS payment. The credit should be applied in the first five working days of each month of EBSS delivery.

You're lucky Jojophina. At least you got a text! I have received no personal communication whatsoever!
Today is the day we were told that we would have our first installment of the EBSS by. Being stuck with the "traditional PAYG meters", we were informed that our vouchers would be sent via email, SMS or post. It's now 5.15am and still no email or SMS, so I'm expecting/hoping the postie will oblige??
I'm also very surprised to hear that some Eon Next customers have Smart PAYG meters. I have asked about getting one and was told that they aren't rolling out any yet and to "keep an eye out for updates"! So what's going on?
One of my biggest bugbears with E.On is the lack of information from them and more so, the difficulty I have in being able to contact them! On Monday I messaged them, via Twitter and still haven’t had a reply! On Wednesday I sent a message via Messenger and yet again, still no reply! So I decided to call this morning and after being on hold for more than 90 minutes, had to hang up because I needed to be somewhere!!
Thats about what I have come to expect from eon.next this last week...... no responses on twitter, no responses from dm's !! Good luck, you'll need it.
