I can certainly agree with you! You'd have more success talking to a mouldy cabbage! Or try mentioning paying them money £££££££££££! You'd probably get a call back from an over-excited rep.

I'm just chiming in as I'm yet to receive the financial discount, or rather credit, to my Smart PP Meter.
Was going to ring and find out more and check on social but to be fair, I'll just going to keep totting it up a fiver until I get it.
Wouldn't surprise me if the person at the end of the line still hasn't received theirs either so I'm just going to be patient, I guess. -
Still not had mine either. Spoke to an agent Frist thing this morning he said it was definitely going on today they have been working on it the last 2 days but everyone that I know on eon smart meters haven't had theirs so I have no faith or belief that it will be happening today. And when there is no clear explanation as to why not when every other energy company has paid theirs out it makes you wonder about the rumours on social media that eon have some technical issues with it. If that is the case be honest rather than stringing customers along.

So, I managed to get through to CS and explained that I STILL haven't received EBSS vouchers and have less than £3 emergency credit on my traditional electricity PP meter. Get this, the very nice young lady said she hadn't received hers either!! She too was surprised that us commoners on PP meters would have to wait up to eleven working days to receive our vouchers and NOT the five working days as stated on their website. I only found out when a kind gentleman sent me a link for a document and to read section 5.46 or summat like that.
We had a bit of a banter (as you do) and I found out my feet are bigger than hers. Anyhow's, she said she would give me a code that I could take to any PayPoint shop, along with my little red key fob thingy, and they would add £21 credit to my little red key fob thingy. I obviously have to pay it back in 4 instalments which is not a problem.
So, after saying our emotional goodbye's and virtual hugs, I toddled off to the shop smiling with glee. Got there and gave the 8-digit code and little red key-fob thingy to the obviously knackered woman at the till. She looked at me as if I was some sort of ding-bat and said A/ The code was way too short and B/ She had been told to only accept valid vouchers.
So, to cut a long story short(ish), I now have to sit here without electricity like a troglodite for God knows how long until Eon decide to get a move on!!

I’m on a traditional meter for gas
and electric and had no vouchers yet,
im up to 6 per day on electricity and same
with Gas, single mum, awful -
It’s awful, I tried emails, WhatsApp and 1hour 45 on phone, got told vouchers would be issued at some point in October, rates are awful what I’m topping up in the meantime, my friends have all had there’s from
other providers -
