After seeing some comments online about smart meters not keeping up with tariff changes. I've checked mine to find that it's currently on 18p and 3p for elec and gas respectively when on EonFlex it should be 53p and 15p. Although I hear that's wrong too as they aren't values for the price guarantee but what they would have been.
In essence I'm a bit confused, what is the tariff supposed to be? And can the meter be updated to reflect it?
I'm afraid there's nothing I can do here right now to request a tariff update for you, as the community team have stopped offering that service. However, if you ask customer service to run the SMETS Command Update Tariff Configuration against both meters and tell them I sent you, they should be able to send off the right commands.
I'd recommend waiting a couple of weeks first though so that the current mess can be resolved. Otherwise you'll end up having to do it again soon afterwards!

So if my IHD doesn't update to my new rates in the next few days I can't just request a nudge on here and find that everything is sorted the next morning?

I've just noticed that my IHD has been updated with the correct EPG Day Rate so changes/updates are starting to become visible. The Gas hasn't updated yet and my account is still showing the wrong rates but we may be starting to see a glimmer of hope.
