Understandably, we're all anxious for a latest price cap to come into play from October 1st (me included!) but I just want to help put your mind at ease when it comes to your reading and to help you understand how to simply and easily make the day go as smooth as possible for you ๐.
๐ Firstly, our E.ON Next App has a in-built meter reading page - here you can upload things through the app and they will go onto your account no problem.
๐ Smart meters will be programmed to automatically take a reading for you.
๐ For those not with smart meters, or perhaps you want to send the team one to make sure we have it - we will accept the reading up to 5 days after - so if you snap a photo of your reading on the 1st and send it to us when we are avaliable we will pick it up and log it for you!

- This should be updated automatically as your tariff updates, please give it 2/3 working weeks to do so. If it still has not updated please let one of our lovely Energy Specialists know and they will fix things for you! If you are not sure on how to do this, read over this page ๐ contact us
