Up until recently, less than a week ago, our IHD displayed both Electric and Gas consumption and total costs correctly, but now this only shows Electricty. Gas usage shows as £0.00 on the IHD. Having checked my EonNext account I can see that its been 38 days since a SMART Gas reading was automatically sent back to Eon (Electricity is up to date).
Does this indicate a fault with the Gas smart meter? Lost connection to Electric Hub/Controller?
Any help would be appreciated. I've done the usual; move the IHD close to the meters (it's sat less than 1m away) and have done several power cycles to no avail.
The first thing to do is to send a manual meter reading and certainly by 30th September to ensure your bills are as accurate as possible given the tariff changes coming to most of us on 1st October.
You may want to wait until after 1st October to address your IHD problem as you may then have an issue with your tariff updating on there.
If you want some help now though it will help if you post photos of your meters, comms hub and IHD and hopefully @theunknowntech will be able to advise you. If you can detail what the lights on the comms hub are doing then that would help also.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
@JoeSoap Fixed tariff until March, so shouldn't be facing any changes, fortunately!
Photos attached of meters, IHD and comms hub. Comms Hub - All lights intermittently flash together, all except MESH (which from reading other forum posts is the expected state) so all looks good. Having looked in the IHD menu settings, its got the Gas Meter number on there, so looks like its connected.

Are your bills showing Smart Meter reads (for both utilities down to 1 decimal place) though even if your online account is not updating with the smart meter reads. I ask because the Smart Meter readings used in my statement production are not necessarily showing on my account - some are but most aren't.
You should see five green LEDs above the electric meter, marked SW, WAN, MESH, HAN and GAS. Please tell me which ones light up - and most importantly- how often each one does so. I use this to help with diagnostics.
Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

I think the gas meter needs a bit of a nudge. Let me start by recommending the easiest of easy fixes. Try asking customer service to update the read schedules and check that all the firmware updates have been installed properly. Linky is in my signature.
