Hi, I had EDF install a gas Smart meter in early August - more than 30 days ago. IHD is not displaying the gas account. My electricity is supplied by Eon.next.
I have reset the IHD, several times, moved it as close as possible, but still no joy
I have attached photos of both the gas and electricity meters.
I have also a video file of the electricity meter. This displays all lights illuminating every 5 seconds, accept the MESH indicator.
Sounds like you get your electricity from Eon Next and that side of things works ok. Also sounds like you get your gas from EDF but that doesn't show on your IHD.
If that's correct then surely it's EDF you need to contact.
