Hi.

Ive seen other here with similar issues. Smart meters were fitted 3 years ago. Gas has always seemed to send readings but electric just worked for a few weeks when it was fitted.

Ive just purchased ivie Bud and its recieving gas ok, but no electric.

All thr lights on the electric meter flash every 5 seconds apart from the MESH led which doesnt show anything.

I'll attach a photo of both meter.
I would be very grateful if someone could help to get it working, or at least tell me ots unlikely to work and I'll get something else to monitor electric usage.

I contacted EDF when I first had issues and then I contacted eon last year and this is what was said.....

Having got all the info here ready, I'm wondering if your thread was buried in the recent flurry of activity.

At risk of being seen as impatient or pushy I'll mention @theunknowntech again just to be sure. Better to ask for help twice than not at all.

It sounds like the Comms Hub is working, so I'll grab a @Beki_EONNext to run some SMETS Commands. :)

No worries. I tend to do the initial diagnostics and then either advise or escalate from there, based on what I think is best. :)

@theunknowntech @Beki_EONNext Just wondering if anyone has looked into the issue? I dont mind how long it takes. If we cant get it working I'll get something else to monitor the eletric meter. Thanks.

You're probably aware of the Hildebrand Bright App. I downloaded it recently and love it. It doesn't show meter readings are far as I can see but does show usage for gas and electricity in kWh and £ right down to half-hourly intervals should you wish.

It's a good supplement to the Eon Next App and IHD.

@JoeSoap The issue I'm having is my electric meter isn't sending any data to me or eon. Thanks for the suggestion though. I'll definitely look into it anyway.
