My smart meter is for electricity only and stopped sending readings to eon back in May. I reported to customer services at the time and have tried several times to get an update but they are unable to give me an idea if why this is happening and when it can be fixed.
To complicate matters my IHD stopped working a couple of weeks ago - it tries repeatedly to connect without success (have tried all the 'fixes' - no joy)
Any ideas about how I can get the meter issue escalated please?

I have had a look into this for you and I can see that you have spoken to our Customer Service on a few occasions! But one of our Energy Specialists are looking into it for you and have contacted our metering team for you to get this sorted out ๐.
I understand you are frustrated, but there is a delay in metering getting back to us with a fix - but it is being looked after, and the ES will let you know as soon as we hear back!

Hello @Han_EONNext, I've been a customer since June 2021 and my electricity reading has never updated on my smart meter, nor been transmitted to you. The smart meter also still says British Gas is the supplier. I've turn the meter off and on multiple times over the year and it is close to the meters but nothing has improved. Please can you fix or have a new meter installed if necessary? Thanks
