Any chance you could take a quick peek to see if there's an obvious reason that my smart meter isn't linked to my EON account?
My Account page says that you're not getting updates from the smart meter, but the data is being transmitted to the DCC because I can view it on my laptop on a third party site.
I can see that our Smart Team are aware of your particular issue and will be looking into this soon.
There is a bit of a delay currently so it can take up to 10 weeks from when we've reported your issue to them until this can be fixed, so in the meantime, please do continue to submit manual readings.
