My contract changed 12 June.
IHD does not show updated prices.
Contacted EONNEXT via HI email, got a reply saying data had been pushed and not to worry as I can look at my bill in June ! ( not a very helpful reply).
Still not updated 24 hours later.
Also replied twice to the person with further questions, no reply to those.
Forward these questions to the Hi@eonnext account, no reply.
What is the point of the IHD when it doesn't show the data.
What do I have to do to get it updated and what do I have to do to be sure my account is on the correct tariff since 12 June.

My limited experience of smart meters @TC15 tells me that there isn't much that's smart about them, the volume of posts on here on the subject likely explains why you're getting little response from e.on-next. There are other factors of course such as energy suppliers having to take on and sort out all those customers who've suffered from their supplier(s) going bust, but even so smart meters/IHD/incorrect tariffs seem to be hogging the queries.
I'm really sorry to hear about the experience you've had when you contacted customer services 😔 it's certainly not what you should expect when you need help and I've sent some feedback regarding the advise you were given when contacting us.
I've sent a tariff update to both of your meters, which should update the prices on your in home display within the next 24 hours. Please let me know if this hasn't happened.

@TC15 raise a complaint about this I did as I changed tarriff to the Next Loyalty Fixed V4 on the 23rd of June and and finally correct tarriff has updated to include the direct debit discount this morning
