Readings not correct

    Has anyone noticed that the electric and gas readings on the online account are no longer accurate , i have topped up and the readings are still showing as 3.3.2022 , this next account stuff is not as good as the old account.

    Hi @paul57 Welcome to the Community 😄

    With your online account (currently) your balances will update online at midnight. The reason for this is because right now, we can only provide your credit balances from a midnight snapshot, and we're working on changing this so that your credit balances update online more frequently, like they did with E.ON Energy.

    In the meantime, you can still top up online. For the most up to date balance though, it's best to check this either on your in home display, or on the meters themselves for now.
