It is beyond my comprehension why my email address, which was used to create this E.ON Next Community account and which was used for the E.ON client account, does not work to create my E.ON Next client account. I don't have the time or the patience to resolve this issue over the phone.

Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
I need to speak to you. I’ve tried calling, you hang on for absolutely ages then it just cuts off. I’ve e mailed twice and no reply, not even a thanks for the e Mail. I’ve tried via Facebook where I got a bot telling me no one is available and to come onto here.
any other suggestions on how I can speak to someone please?
Apart from the methods you mentioned there’s WhatsApp and Twitter. You may get some help here but I would keep trying other methods to give yourself the best chance.
I do understand your frustration but it can take time to get a response.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
@Han_EONNext I tried the phone number today, no answer waited over 50 minutes, tried WhatsApp got a reply, gave my details and no further reply, this was at 14.30, sent another message at 18:30 still no reply, so I do not have any confidence in your customer service
Given the changes coming on 1st October and resulting confusion they will be completely overwhelmed. You can keep phoning or wait for your WhatsApp reply.
It’s only been an hour since you last messaged and some replies are taking days right now. I’m afraid you will need to be patient.
@BarryTheElder Anasa here 👋 Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry that you've had a long wait with trying to get hold of us over the phone and some delays with WhatsApp, as @JoeSoap mentioned we're a lot busier than usual and it can take up to 5 days for some replies but we will get to you and you've not been ignored, we're working as hard as we can to get to all of our customers in a timely manner 🙂

@Han_EONNext hi there I have tried wattsapp no response I have tried ringing to no avail what it is my gas bill comes in my name ? My electric bill comes in previous Tennant's I carnt seem to get anyone to change it previous Tennant was 8 years ago
