I have received my new eon next gas card a couple of months ago. I had several letters telling me about a new key for my electricity would be coming too but I never received it. I had an email today telling me about the ridiculous increase of energy prices, and warned me that if I don’t use my new key I will be in debt. Now, since no one likes to live in fear, where is my new key?
You should have had the key by now. You might be able to ask customer service to give you a TAG Code so that you can get a new electric key. Give that a try and see if that works. If it doesn't, please stop by here again and I'll see if I can think of another solution.

While I'm at it, as far as I'm aware it's unfair to a customer to send out this kind of scary email if you received the kind of email I think you're describing. I'll ask @Beki_EONNext to stop by on this one, as it probably needs to be improved a bit.

Hello I don’t use social media, and I found the email again and apparently it says that I was only meant to receive a new gas card from eon next. And I can still use the key I had before. However the email I received saying that I should be using new eon next top ups, it mentions of a new key and I’m unsure what to do now as I don’t want to end up in debt because e of it
