Thanks to the staff for linking my two accounts (separate addresses). I can only see one account when logging in, unfortunately, and this has been the case for several days. When or how will I be able to see both my accounts?
Many thanks for your help, Poppy! I can now see 'switch accounts' in the menu, and have switched back and forth between the two accounts! What a relief. I wasn't sure what the bill situation was, but all is well.
