Since early today I am unable to log in to my Eon next account. Normally use the app but that tells me something is wrong. Tried from a web browser but that wont let me log on and if I try the reset password option and put my email in it tells me it cant send?
Can't access eon next from anywhere!

Just occasionally being on an MVNO your perceived location can change. This can sometimes be considered as suspicious. Web security is increasing because of recent events. VPNs often have issues. I had your problem this weekend, today no problem. -

I've just had a go and everything is normal when logging in on my PC through Chrome. I tried my app on the iPhone and aside from having to reset my touch ID (never had to do this before) I got into my account that way too.I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit. -
