Hello.Just spoken to someone at eon next on the phone. My monthly DD has left my account (1st December) but isn't showing as credit on the eon next app. Was informed it was a current issue. Noticed online that many people are mentioning the same. Is this a national issue? Was told it should have been resolved today. Hope you can shed some light on this.

Your payment has gone out and has been properly credited to your account and the billing will be just fine. The app and the website are just playing silly beggars at the moment so we are all in the same boat. It will sort itself eventually but at the moment, don't take anything on the app or website as gospel.

Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
