I had a direct debit taken on the 1st and it's still not showing on my account. I can see it has left my bank on the first of the month as it should have.
Prior to switching to Eon Next (was previously just Eon) my payments would show up same day / next day or two... does anyone know why it'll not be showing after a whole week? Seems a bit longer than what the website says it should take to turn up on my account, and I'm concerned it's not displaying at all.
Ah, I have checked all the accounts and we have received the payments, we just haven't credited them to the accounts yet. So please rest assured that we do have them.

I can’t answer your query sorry, but just wanted to let you know you’re not the only one! We’re in the exact same boat. Direct debit showing as being taken on the 1st December on the bank account but still not showing as a transaction on our eonnext account. The govt £66 is showing though on the 02/12/22 though. Not having much luck getting through to eon to ask either!
Yes, that's exactly it - my government addition came in as well, so I have decent credit but I am super confused as to the wait on my direct debit. Before I was set at a fixed value it was variable... not sure if that's related? I'll have to try calling.
They often take a few days to update the online data. My last two payments both took a few days to update.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
The computer doesn't work at weekends and its also been watching the football on the telly, and its turned off at peak times to get the grid trial money!
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
Inflation has also increased the cost of the hamster food by around 42%, so they are running the hamster wheel with far fewer hamsters. That slows things down a bit too.
