I currently have a 3 phase supply (confirmed by the grid) but i only have a single phase meter. I have booked in for a meter upgrade however its now been nearly been 9 weeks and Eon still cant tell me when they are coming out as the metering team are 'busy'. Has anyone had or going through something similar?
Im getting to the point of despair, constantly on hold, being hung up on and know one returns my calls
Should i just cut my losses and move supplier? Help is much appreciated, feeling very helpless at the moment with it all!
Not many suppliers are installing SMETS2 Three-Phase Smart Meters right now I'm afraid. I know OVO is but currently in a pilot phase in low volumes. They're capable of upgrading to non-smart Three-Phase without issue though.

It could also be because Three-Phase installs require specially trained engineers. Just about any engineer can do single-phase, but not many can do three-phase.
