I usually receive a monthly satement within a day or two of uploading my meter readings, which was done on 1st November.
So far however I have not received my bill and am wondering if it's an oversight or maybe E.on Next haven't processed statements for this month as of yet.
My normal direct debit was taken and the EPG payment was also credited to my account so no issues there.
It's not a major worry as my account is in credit, but I like to keep on top of my account and payments.
It could just be a glitch. You could try submitting updated readings as they too should generate a bill. Failing that you will probably have to contact customer service to see what’s happened.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
I updated my latest readings and my account balance changed accordingly... all looks present and correct now by my calculations although a bill hasn't generated yet.
