Sorry I've been quiet for a few days, we've been extremely busy this week so trying to balance everything!
Graeme has promised he's going to pop over to us here on the community and answer your more generic questions about app/account improvements so I'll give him a nudge to come and introduce himself on this thread.
For anything more account specific, we've managed to get a couple of the FiT experts (there's more than just Graeme!) to help out our digi team so if you direct message us on Facebook or Twitter - you'll get through to our experts! We are busier than normal but we'd aim to get back to any messages within a few days but it saves holding on the phone.
@Spflmf Since the price of electricity has vastly increased I was expecting payment for export to have gone up but it has not. So EoN Next get lots of cheap suppliers!!

Well it's been over 2 weeks now and no sign of the email with the missing FIT data, I guess it was just another fob off from EON Next to stop an unhappy customer complaining 🤔
@Spflmf Daniel had passed the request to the team working these but turns out they have a bit of a backlog so haven't been able to stick to the 2 week turnaround - really sorry about that. Daniel is going to manually get the data and send it over to you today 😀

Thanks for chasing it Hannah I now have the missing data, tho not quite as I would have liked. A copy of all my previous statements rather than a simple csv or table but a couple of hours retyping it into a spreadsheet and it will be usable. I'd like to say I'm happy but being a "grumpy old man" all this extra work prevents me from being more than just resigned to living with it and moving on.
