Cash Payzone payment not being deducted.

    I have paid cash after scanning the code on the bill and the next bill did not deduct it.
    I am sure I paid before and it didn't deduct that one either so I have now overpaid.
    No one is living in the flat and the previous occupier paid the bill until Nov 2024 in their name.

    The bill is addressed to The Occupier and as I don't occupy the flat I don't want my name on the bill as you do a hard credit check and I don't want another one as it can affect my credit rating.

    The flat is up for sale so will not have a new occupier until it's sold.
    the last bill added under £15 which is mainly the standing charge as everything is switched off except for the smart display which looks like it used £1 of electric last month.

    I don't want to register for payment as I am quiet happy to pay cash at a Payzone, but decided to try, and after a few attempts I never received an email. I was using the same details I used to register on the forum.

    @F3Cash Hey

    In terms of the account being in your name, if your the owner and the property is vacant we would need to put your details on the bill as you're legally responsible for the bills whilst there is no tenant in the property.

    In terms of the amount coming off the bill, it should show in a few days, it's not something that comes off instantly etc.

    Can I ask have you contacted customer service about this? We would need you too because we need to occupy that account and discuss the payment options available and make sure they are right for you etc.

    You can call or pop us an email at hi@eonnext.com there are other ways to contact us, if you click on 'here' in my signature it should bring up the phone number and WhatsApp.

    Thanks - Please keep us updated on this.
