Are you finding it hard to pay your energy bills? We know money can be tricky, and we want to help. We have lots of ways to make your energy bills easier to handle.
What Can You Do?
- Direct Debit: If you have money left over in your energy account, you can change your Direct Debit online. You can change it by up to 10%. If you owe money, we can still help in other ways. - Paylink: We work with Paylink. They're experts at helping people with money. If you make a Paylink account, you can make a budget just for you. This helps us make a payment plan that works for you. - E.ON Next Energy Fund: This fund helps people who are struggling. It can help pay some of your energy bills if you're behind. It can also help you get new appliances like cookers, fridges, and washing machines if yours are broken. Learn more about the Energy Fund https://www.eonnextenergyfund.com/
- Home Improvement Grants: You can make your home use less energy! The government has grants to help with things like insulation, solar panels, and heat pumps. Sometimes they're even free or cheaper. See what you can get https://www.eonnext.com/grants-and-schemes
