Waste of paper
-
At a time when we are all being asked to save waste in any form, would it be possible to arrange your monthly downloadable bills to not have the last 3 lines of payment amounts running on to a third sheet? There seems room at the bottom of sheet 2. I don't always remember to check the number of sheets (call it old age!) or if I remember and only print 2 sheets, I have the write the numbers myself. How many other people end u[ with this silly third sheet?

I just save the PDF's to a folder on the hard disk. No need to print them off at all and all instantly available at a click of a mouse.Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons. -
Hello @Anne14 , welcome to the community 😁 Some great advice by @retrotecchie - it's handy to be able to have them all stored in one place, you could even sort them by date for ease of finding each statement. I understand however that it is sometimes needed to have a paper copy readily available. 😀🌳Together we can work to achieve a more sustainable Future 🌳

Not since HMRC went digital. The only other reason is where you need to provide a paper copy of a recent utility bill for identification or proof of address purposes, in which case just the first page with name, address and account details is all that is necessary.

@retrotecchie Very good point, come to think of it- I think the last time I used a physical copy was when I moved, and that was just the first page for proof of name and address etc. Even better 😁
