When you say it's been rejected, have you received communication from us to say you are not eligible? or are you getting an error when you try and switch?
@Poppy_EONNext whats happening is when i fill out the online form in the tarriffs section it just says "i am already a customer i need to sign in" so i signed in and it just took me to my home page and no sign of the tarriff i was trying for totally discarded it and yes i do have a smart meter and in good credit
can you please help me with getting this tarriff please

i just tried to sign up for it again but it shows a different tarriff after i try to sign up
it shows this tarriff before i try to sign (Next Reward Days Fixed 18m v3)
but after i go to the page and try to sign up it shows this tarriff wich works out slightly more expensive and no sign of the 3 free days over christmas (Next Reward Days Fixed 18m v2)
whats going on here

i just tried it again and now the standing charge went up within the space of 10 minutes
it is the same tarriff as before but now instead of 55p standing charge its now 59.83p
is that even legal
