I’ve not yet received Decembers voucher which I get through the post. I’m guessing this is down to the postal strikes so given the circumstances, has anyone managed to get their voucher digitally instead or a credit to your account automatically?
I have the old pre payment metres that require a key.
Can’t get through to Eon on the phone and it’s been 3 hours so far waiting on a response via t WhatsApp.
Absolute joke of a company.
@tamara 👋 Anasa here, I'm sorry to hear that you've not had your voucher yet, as mentioned above it's likely been held up with postal delays, we are working on ways to do this digitally for our customers but it's not something we can do over night I'm afraid and we're working as fast as we can to find a way.
If you are struggling to top up you can get in touch and we can look into applying some credit until you are next able to top up, if this is the case you can get in touch via any of the social media channels and state that this is a prepayment emergency and you are off supply or about to be and this will be prioritised.😊

Yes. Vouchers were all dispatched between 5 and 11 Dec, so will likely be stuck in the postal system somewhere.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
So given the severity of the postal strikes and the fact that it’s widely publicised, why can’t Eon offer a digital solution instead? I’m working and still struggling which has never happened before in my life. This £10 emergency feature on the gas is crippling me as well. My gas is currently off as I put £8 on yesterday which wasn’t enough. I don’t get paid till Friday, I have £46 to get me through the week which is to include food for myself and my daughter, plus fuel to get to work, plus electric.

I couldn't possibly comment, but possibly the same person my Direct Debit payment even though the £66 payment from the Gumment seven days earlier not only cleared my bill but put me in credit.
I am in exact same situation, have also been trying to get through to eon but no one answers. Postal strikes so frustrating and understands it’s not eons fault but a digital voucher would make like so much easier!

I eventually got a response via Facebook Messenger. I had emailed them but still awaiting a response, I was originally told they would be with you by the 21st of December. I just got told to wait for a few more days, before they can re-issue it. I pointed out to them that there is another mail strike on the 23 and 24 December, then they will be closed for a couple of days after Christmas as it falls on a Sunday. I also pointed out to them that they knew about the strikes before October, and other provisions should have been put in place. I got my October and November vouchers before the 17th of the month, even with the mail strikes.
Its incredibly difficult, especially at this time of year. I have no solution to offer, just my sympathy.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
