Aha. See, I see these reports on TV which appeared over a week ago and I think, well my post is getting through. That is, til the absence of any post here for 6 days means it's hitting me now, like everyone else.
Well I hope the rat that eats my £67 coupon chokes on it. -

We have been laying on the pressure to come up with a different method (online, email, app, etc) but although we keep hearing murmurings that 'they are looking into alternatives'...zero movement, I'm afraid. Every other energy company has managed to do it digitally except for a few physical vouchers where the recipient doesn't have a smartphone or interweb access.
Apparently it is even possible to send the credits to payzone, and then apply them to your key when you next top up, subject to having proof of name and address.Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons. -
We spoke to our postman on Saturday as a parcel was too large for the box. It turned out that it was actually for 3 doors away, so I commented that he’d got out of practice!
And lived!Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless. -
There's always one, isn't there? One company that cannot drag itself into THIS century Waves to E-on.
Well done for all your efforts. I like the payzone idea. That would work for me -

Same here. I received no post at all last week. Today I received two Christmas cards which were posted on 6th December. My brother is still waiting for his Bank Statement which was due two weeks ago (he won't change to online banking). It must be the same for most of the UK, and I saw a news article which said every strike day adds two to three days more to delivery delays, and it could take until February to clear the current backlog.🙁 -
Yes, I heard about the February thing and I thought, nahhhhh, surely not. However, I see it's turning out to be true.
And mixed messages E-on. 1st they said you'll get your coupon in the first week of each month. Then it was by the middle of the month. Last I heard it was 11 working days into the month. Love to see their bingo card.
