I am keen to fix, but quote has been based on 25000+kwh asking for £1400 monthly- only with Eon since March 22 never used more than £90 worth monthly. Any ideas on how to get the figure corrected?
As you are keen to get a fix I would think it would be best to phone up Eon Next and speak to an advisor with the goal of getting your estimated usage sorted and getting a fixed deal at the same time.
The fixed deals have been getting replaced with more expensive ones after only a few days... or even as long as a week sometimes. Nobody knows for sure how things are going to develop but if you get a deal and something better subsequently comes along then you should be able to move to that without penalty as Eon Next currently have no exit fees. I would just confirm that last bit still applies when you manage to speak to someone.

Go through your bills @Gav and work out what you have actually used over the last year, it's best to arm yourself before tackling Customer Services.
