Been moved from eon. No choice in the matter. App doesn’t show my balance. Email responses are irrelevant. Can’t top up online, in a shop or by phone. Rang three numbers trying to top up my gas before it goes off. Single parent with three kids and no gas. I’m going to ofgem. Anyone else in the same boat and as furious as I am?

I really do sympathise, especially as you have been forcibly moved from EON to Eon next - which while a different company is still within the Eon group and you would imagine the transfer should be seamless. Perhaps @Beki_EONNext or @Han_EONNext could pick this up as a matter of urgency?
