My electricity smart meter has lost connectivity with network and it is not reporting the readings for last 2-3 weeks. The smart meter is v2, there was no changes which would obscure / affect the network signal. There is no issues with Gas smart meter which is located few inches away from the electricity one.
Can you please advice how can I get it back online ?
@JoeSoap - thanks. The website says 'Your electricity meter's working in smart mode'. However, does it means it is smart enabled or does it sent the readings ? It is not sending anything as EON has no readings as well as I can't see any of the usage in the apps.
The problem may then be at Eon Next’s end. You could send an email to hi@eonnext.com with your account details and explain the problem to them and that your meter is working in smart mode according to Citizens Advice.
If you can read your meter and submit manual readings then they probably won’t attach a high priority to it.
