I have stopped being invited to the DFS event.

    Demand Flexibility Service (DFS)


    E.ON Next will be participating in the National Grid Demand Flexibility Service.

    As long as you have a Smart Meter, and your settings for your meter reading data is set to 'half-hourly' you could
    be invited to take part in the initial roll out of this scheme which will run over the winter period."

    The emphasis "could be invited" "
    You may or may not be contacted in this initial stage in relation to the Energy Shift scheme"

    Meaning not everyone who have set meter reading data for half-hourly and opted in for marketing will be invited.
    And those who have been invited, have been chosen at RANDOM.

    If Eon said "A LIMITED number of customers will in invited to join initial stage in relation to the Energy Shift scheme" would have been more TRANSPARENT !
