How can I get my energy account in my name? It’s been over a month and I’m going around in circles. I’m using the old tenants cards? I would ideally like smart meters too.

If you follow this link here https://www.eonnext.com/help/moving-home and inform E.On next of your moving in date, initial readings and personal details, you should be able to set the account up in your name.
Once that is done, you can then sign up for smart metersDon't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons. -
