Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.

Apparently suppliers may offer an IHD but that doesn't mean that offer is always accepted. so there might not be an IHD. In any event you'll need to get hold of the one that was paired to your meter(s) onot any old IHD will do - only the specific one for your property /meters. I suspect you'll be facing a lot of blank responses.

I'm Surprised that solicitors don't include this in their standard list of questions nowadays - perhaps they haven't entered the 21st Century.

Current Eon Next and EDF customer, ex Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
