Erm... Ok... That's not a particularly complicated setup?

Anyway... You shouldn't even be on E.On Next or - for that matter any supplier other than SSE - with that particular meter setup. It's not technically compatible with any other supplier. I think the ultimate problem is your double MPAN i.e. your main MPAN for most stuff and a Stored Heat Energy MPAN for the heating. This chokes tons of suppliers and you may ultimately need to consider moving back to SSE (or in actual fact, OVO at this point) to have any chance of fixing it. I hate making suggestions like that, but I doubt many other suppliers will know how to deal with this.

Your best bet for now would be to talk to SSE's Electric Heating Team on 0345 071 7972. They should be able to give you at least some advice on what to do.

Not a complex system, technically (or electrically) but the billing is pretty arcane as I found when my old place had that setup, with Southern Electric as it was back in the day.
