my electricity prepayment balance has not been updated since 25/09/2022.what is going on?

Hi - Just wanted to check in and see if you had reached out to customer service at all? The meter balances on the meter itself should show accurate information, if the above refers to an IHD or smart meter, sometimes these can take an hour after topping up to show the correct balance,

In some cases this can be longer. Let me know if you have experienced this again since your above comment.
