My existing tariff switched to a new one on the 8th July however my in home display is still showing the old tariff so its pretty much useless at this stage. Can someone assist in getting it updated?

A tariff update has now been sent out to your meters - if you check your in home display tomorrow, the prices should match your current tariff.
