Hello, I recently registered to swap paper bills for an online account a few days ago and have not received any replies. I was wondering how long it would take for me to get a reply so I can use my account online?
If you've registered online and you haven't received anything, it's likely you'll need to get in touch with customer services so that an Energy Specialist can add your email to your account and help you to get set up online.
