Oh and yep, this forum is horrible on mobile devices. You can blame Standing on Giants for that - this forum was built using vBulletin 4 which is ancient and went End of Life in 2017. They have yet to even think about upgrading it to vBulletin 5 from what I've heard. Shame really.
It looks to me as if your IHD is currently unable to communicate with the Comms Hub at all for some reason. Could you show me some photos of the meters themselves please? I need to figure out what you've got so I can consider what to do next.
