I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with this when you've contacted customer service.

When did you fill in the Paylink form? Customer service should have placed a hold on your account, though you may have received an automated email about debt collection if it's been some time since a balance has built up.

Did you receive an email mentioning debt collection or have customer services said this to you directly?
