I've just taken meter readings, gone to update them and found a set of readings taken 8 days ago (must be via smart meter functionality) which are HIGHER!! than the readings I've just taken for both gas and electric.This is very concerning has anyone else seen this issue?
It should say the source of the readings in your on-line account... ie. Meter Reader or Smart etc. It may be advisable to take photos of your meters with the current reading showing and send them to customer service with details of the problem.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
